Croma Polyphil
Helps Skin Look More Moisturized, Smooth, Supple, and Healthy
What Is Croma PolyPhil?
Croma PolyPhil is an injectable treatment to help improve skin quality. It contains Polynucleotide (PN), purified DNA fragments from freshwater fish. This ingredient helps support the skin’s natural repair process.
PolyPhil is not used to change face shape. Its main aim is to make skin feel more moisturized, smooth, and supple, and look healthier.
What Concerns Can It Address?
Croma PolyPhil can help with:
- Dry, dehydrated skin.
- Dull or tired-looking skin.
- Uneven skin texture.
- Fine lines.
- Skin elasticity that is starting to decrease.
- More visible pores.
- Skin that is starting to thin with aging.
- Mild acne scars.
- Early signs of aging.
This treatment is not the main treatment for deep dark spots, severe scars, or very loose skin.
Who Is It Suitable For?
- Those with dry or dull skin.
- Those starting to get fine lines.
- Those who feel their skin is less supple.
- Those with uneven skin texture.
- Those whose elasticity is starting to decline.
- Those who want to maintain skin quality early.
- Those who want natural results.
- Those who do not need added volume like filler.
Does the Treatment Hurt?
After applying numbing cream, discomfort is generally mild to moderate, around 3-5 on a scale of 10. You may feel:
- Small pricks.
- Slight stinging.
- A feeling of pressure.
- A brief warm sensation or pain.
What you feel can differ depending on the area and each person’s tolerance.
How Long Is Recovery?
After the treatment you may notice:
- Small bumps at the injection points.
- Redness.

- Stinging or sensitivity.
- Small bruises.
Bumps and redness usually reduce within 1-3 days. Bruising can last about 3-7 days. You can usually still carry on with your activities after treatment.
How Many Sessions Are Needed?
Croma PolyPhil is generally done in 3 sessions about 2-4 weeks apart. After the initial series, follow-up treatments can be done about every 6 months, depending on your skin condition and your doctor’s examination.
When Will Results Start to Show?
Early changes may start to show within 2-4 weeks, such as:
- Skin feels more moisturized.

- The face looks fresher.
- Skin feels suppler.
Improvements in texture, elasticity, and fine lines are usually more visible after several treatments, around 2-3 months.

Consult with a GLOSKIN Doctor
Everyone’s skin needs are different. Before treatment, your GLOSKIN doctor will determine:
- Whether Croma PolyPhil suits you.
- The right PolyPhil variant.
- The area and the amount of product needed.
- The injection technique.
- The number and spacing of treatments.
- The suitable combination of treatments.
Results and recovery can differ for each person. Croma PolyPhil helps improve skin quality gradually and does not give the same results to all patients.
